摘要
对辽宁、吉林及浙江省两种染色体类型卫氏并殖吸虫的5个地理群的基因组DNA进行了重复顺序的比较。3个2n型地理群成虫DNA的PstⅠ消化物皆有6.6kb片段,未见个体差异。未知染色体类型的永嘉的卫氏并殖吸虫也见到此特异片段,经生殖细胞染色体验证,n=22。用双酶切消化两型成虫DNA,经分子杂交技术强化,使限制性酶切片段长度差异(RFLDs)更显著。
A comparison of repetitive DNA fragments of 5 isolates with difterent chromo-some patterns from 2 northeast provinces and Zhejiang Province were conducted.6.6 kb fragmentin PstⅠdigestion were found in four diploid isolates.No individual variation was observed.Thisfragment was also found in samples from Yongjia County in Zhejiang Province ,of which thechromosome was proved to be n=22.Double enzymes digestion strengthened by molecular hy-bridization madetheRFLDs more clear and accurate.It is demonstrated that analyses on only isoenzymes,DNA repetitive sequance,antigen andhost suitability can not provide a sufficient evidence to determine whether the two forms ofParagonimus westermani represent two distinct species.However,differences implying intrinsicand extrinsic variations in the two forms provide us some evidences to consider them as two inde-pendent strains of sub-species.
