医学院校大学生心理和谐与心理应激的关系研究 被引量:2

Research on the relationship between psychological harmony and psychological stress of medical college students

摘要 目的:了解医学院校大学生心理和谐与心理应激的现状,并探讨两者之间的关系。方法:采用一般资料调查问卷、心理和谐问卷、心理应激量表以及复原力量表对886名医学院校大学生进行问卷调查,采用统计描述、独立样本t检验、Pearson相关以及中介效应分析方法对数据进行统计分析。结果:1心理应激在性别上差异有统计学意义(t=2.780,P<0.05),在是否独生子女和是否参加过社会实践上差异无统计学意义(t=1.147,t=-0.189;P>0.05)。心理和谐在性别、是否独生子女及是否参加过社会实践上差异均有统计学意义(t=-1.568,t=1.868,t=4.179;P<0.05)。复原力在是否参加过社会实践上差异有统计学意义(t=2.866,P<0.05),在性别和是否独生子女上差异无统计学意义(t=-0.451,t=0.621;P>0.05);2心理应激与心理和谐呈负相关(r=-0.113,P<0.05),心理应激与复原力呈负相关(r=-0.070,P<0.05),心理和谐与复原力呈正相关(r=0.658,P<0.05);3复原力在心理应激与心理和谐之间起部分中介作用,中介效应占总效应的59.184%。结论:心理应激、心理和谐与复原力在不同变量上存在差异,三者关系密切,心理应激可直接影响心理和谐,也可通过复原力间接影响心理和谐。 Objective: To investigate the situation of psychological stresss, psychological harmony and resilience of medical college students, and to explore the relationship of them. Methods: Eight hundred and eighty six medical college students were investigated by General Information Questionnaire, Chinese College Students Psychological Stress Scale(CCSPSS), Psychological Harmony Questionnaire and Asian Resilience Scale for Adolescent Students, and the data were statistical analysed by statistical description, independent sample t-test, Pearson correlation analysis and the mediation effect analysis. Results: 1 Psychological stress had significant difference in gender(t=2.780, P0.05), but there were no significant differences in students who were one-child or not and who participated in social practice or not(t=1.147, t=-0.189, P0.05); psychological harmony had significant differences in gender, whether the one-child or not, whether participated in social practice or not(t=-1.568, t=1.868, t=4.179, P0.05); resilience had significant difference in students who participated in social practice(t=2.866,P0.05), but there were no significant differences in gender and whether the one-child or not(t=-0.451, t=0.621, P0.05). 2 Psychological harmony and resilience were negatively correlated to psychological stress(r=-0.113, r=-0.070, P0.05), and resilience was positively correlated to psychological harmony(r=0.658, P0.05). 3 Resilience took part in an partial intermediary role on the relationship between psychological stress and psychological harmony, and the mediation effect accounted for 59.184% of the total effect. Conclusion: Psychological stress, psychological harmony and resilience were different in different variables; the three had close relationship; psychological stress can not only affect psychological harmony directly, but impact psychological harmony indirectly through resilience.
