摘要
目的研究大学生抗挫折能力、自尊、乐观归因风格现状及相互关系。方法于2021年8—12月采用整群随机抽样法选取西安医学院大学生1500名,应用抗挫折能力问卷、自尊量表、乐观归因风格问卷对研究对象施测。数据分析采用SPSS 23.0,结构建模分析采用Mplus8.0。结果大学生抗挫折能力、自尊、乐观归因风格得分分别为(3.36±0.48)分、(28.97±4.07)分、(-0.56±2.81)分;不同年级、生源地、挫折经验的大学生抗挫折能力差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);抗挫折能力与自尊、乐观归因风格呈正相关(r1=0.58,r2=0.32,P<0.001),自尊与乐观归因风格呈正相关(r=0.28,P<0.001);自尊在乐观归因风格与抗挫折能力之间发挥部分中介作用,中介效应占总效应的比值为47.9%。结论乐观和自尊对大学生抗挫折能力具有正向预测作用,可以通过培养乐观品质,树立良好自尊来提高大学生抗挫折能力。
Objective To study the current situation and relationship of anti-frustration ability,self-esteem and optimistic attribution style among college students.Methods From August to December 2021,1500 college students from Xi′an Medical University were selected by cluster random sampling method,and the subjects were tested by using the anti-frustration ability questionnaire,self-esteem scale and optimistic attribution style questionnaire.SPSS 23.0 was used for data analysis and M-plus8.0 was used for structural modeling analysis.Results The scores of anti-frustration ability,self-esteem and optimistic attribution style were(3.36±0.48),(28.97±4.07)and(-0.56±2.81)respectively.There were significant differences in anti-frustration abilityin different grades,places of origin and experience of setbacks(P<0.05).Their anti-frustration abilitywere positively correlated with self-esteem and optimistic attribution style(r1=0.58,r2=0.32,P<0.001),and self-esteem was positively correlated with optimistic attribution style(r=0.28,P<0.001).Self-esteem played partial intermediary role between optimistic attribution style and anti-frustration ability,and the mediating effect accounts for 47.9%of the total effect.Conclusion Optimism and self-esteem have a positive predictive effect on anti-frustration ability among college students,which could be improved by cultivating optimistic quality and establishing good self-esteem.
