摘要
农村订单定向免费医学生培养是我国构建全科医师培养体系的重要组成部分,是要培养面向基层的全科医师。文章分析了目前在农村订单定向免费医学生培养中存在的问题,并根据湖北科技学院实际,提出了相应的措施和对策。
Training government-financed medical personnel ordered and directed for rural areas is an important component in the system of general practitioners training in China. It aims to produce grassroot general practitioners. This paper analyzes the existing problems in such medical personnel training and then puts forward corresponding measures and countermeasures according to the actual conditions of our college.
