摘要
医患关系是医疗活动中最重要、最基本的人际关系。如何正确处理好医患关系,将直接影响到医务人员工作的积极性和医学的发展。本文旨在探讨导致医患关系紧张的原因和如何解决这一矛盾。
The relation between doctors and patients is the most important and basic one in the medical activities. How to handle this relation may directly affect the development of medicine and doctor＇ s work enthusiasm. This article aims to discuss the reasons which cause this relation tense and how to deal with this contradiction.
