摘要
为保证和提高临床实习质量,医学院校或者实习医院普遍会开展相应的实习前教育。针对目前临床实习工作面临的不利因素,结合工作经验,就实习前教育的内容、实施等提出自己的看法和建议。
Pre-education is an ordinary work of medical schools or teaching hospitals in order to ensure and improve the quality of medical students＇ clinical training. This paper puts forward some ideas and advises on the contents and implements of pre-education on the bases of negative factors at present work and experience.
