摘要
为解决基层医疗机构卫生队伍建设滞后与卫生事业发展的矛盾日益突出问题,自2010年国家开展农村订单定向医学生培养工作,重点为乡镇卫生院及以下的医疗卫生机构培养从事全科医疗的卫生人才。大理大学自2010年至今已经培养了200名和正在培养730名国家和省两个层面的农村订单定向免费医学生。本文结合基层卫生人才培养目标和能力定位,对我校农村订单定向医学生培养模式的构建和实践进行总结。
In order to solve the increasingly prominent problem of the contradiction between the lack of primary care workers and the development of primary health care,the country has been working on the training of rural order-oriented medical students since2010,focusing on the training of general health care for township health centers and the following medical and health institutions.Talent.Since 2010,Dali University has trained 200 rural-order-directed free medical students and is training 730 national and provincial levels.This article combines the training objectives and ability of basic health personnel,and summarizes the construction and practice of the medical education model for order-oriented medical students in our school.
