摘要
对科学基金项目的研究绩效进行评估已成为科学基金管理的一个紧迫任务 ,本文分析了科学计量学方法用于科学基金项目研究绩效评估的有效性和局限性 ,从数量、质量、效率三个方面提出了一些适合研究绩效评估的科学计量学指标。
Now it is a pressing task for administrator of the science fund to evaluate the research performance. This paper analyzes the availability and limitations of the Scientometrics Method, Some new scientometrics indicators, which are applicable to the management performance evaluation, are advanced from three aspects of quantity, quality and efficiency.
