摘要
科学引文索引的应用范围日益拓展,并产生了广泛影响.尽管引文分析存在一定的局限,但用此方法评价科学水平是完全可能的.通过对目前科学研究领域存在的一些问题进行分析与探讨,可以清楚地认识到在科学评价中合理的使用引文分析是科学的、可行的.
The wide usage of scientific quotation index has great effects,though some of the quotation analyses have their limitations.It is possible,however,to make use of this method to evaluate the scientific level.With the analyses and discussions of some questions in present scientific research fields,we clearly realized that the proper adoption and usage of quotation analyses in scientific evaluation is of scientific value and very effective.
