摘要
本文分析了数据库选择对高等院校科研绩效总体评估和分类评估的影响，强调了科研绩效评估的同类同源相比原则。
Selection of databases used in the
evaluation of scientific research performances of academic institutes can affect the
evaluating results.The effects on the ranks of all kinds of universities and on that of one
kind of institutes are different.So the principle of comparasion between the same kind of
institutes and based on the same databases should be followed.The evaluating results of
three kinds of institutes based on two domestic databases named CSTPC and CSCD are
compared.
