摘要
肿瘤是严重危害人类健康的常见的重大疾病,机体对细胞的生长和分裂失去控制,细胞的增殖与凋亡调节失衡是肿瘤发生主要因素之一。细胞失控性异常增殖是肿瘤最突出的生物学特性。生存素(Survivin)作为近年来被发现的凋亡抑制蛋白(IAP)家族中的新成员,研究表明其细胞凋亡抑制效应最强,组织学表达具备肿瘤高度特异性,在抑制肿瘤细胞凋亡方面发挥重要作用。本文就Survivin的分子结构、生物学性能、与肿瘤发生发展的关系及其在肿瘤基因治疗中的作用作一综述。
Tumor is a commonly major disease which seriously threatens human health and the growth of cells divides is out of control. The imbalance of cell proliferation and apoptosis is one of the important factors. The abnormal proliferation of tumor cells is the most prominent biological characteristic. Survivin, an inhibitor of apoptosis (IAP) family member protein which inhibits apoptosis and drives cell proliferation, is commonly elevated in human cancer, play an important role in inhibiting tumor cell apoptosis. In this paper, the molecular structure of survivin, biological properties, with the development of the relationship between tumor and its role in tumor gene therapy were reviewed.
