摘要
攻克癌症已成为全人类共同努力的目标,诱导细胞凋亡作为一种发展中的疾病治疗手段,已逐渐成为国内外肿瘤治疗研究的一个热点。近年来,基于细胞凋亡机制的抗肿瘤药物迅速发展起来,对肿瘤细胞凋亡机制及其检测方法的研究具有极其重要的意义。因此,笔者就肿瘤细胞凋亡及其主要的检测方法做一综述。
Conquer cancer has become a target of the common efforts of all mankind. Induction of apoptosis of tumor cellsmay be as a tumor therapeutic main objectives and means of research induced cell apoptosis as a development of diseases andtheir treatment, it has gradually become a hotspot in the field of domestic and foreign research of tumor therapy. In recent years,based on apoptosis mechanism of antitumor drugs has developed rapidly, the research on the mechanism of tumor cell apoptosisand its detection method has extremely important significance. Therefore, the author makes a summary of the tumor cellapoptosis and its detection methods.
