摘要
目的 :从细胞水平上探讨对慢性肾功能衰竭疾病治疗有效的中药复方保肾片对体外培养的大鼠肾间质成纤维细胞的影响。方法 :本实验取SD大鼠肾间质成纤维细胞进行体外培养 ,以保肾片喂服SD大鼠后的含药血清加入到培养细胞中 ,应用MTT法和流式细胞仪检测细胞的增殖和凋亡。结果 :喂服中药保肾片的大鼠血清 ,与不喂药的大鼠血清对照组相比 ,显著抑制细胞增殖 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,并且能诱导细胞发生凋亡。结论
Objective:To study the effect of Baoshen tablet (BST) on fibroblasts from rat kidneyn in vitro. Methods:Fibroblasts for culture separated from SD rat kidney, added the rats serum with different concentration of BST to fibroblasts. The proliferation and apoptosis of fibroblasts were detected by MTT assay and flow cytometry respectively. Results:BST inhibited the proliferation of rat fibroblasts significantly compared with control( P<0.05) and could induce cell apoptosis. Conclusion:The mechanism of BST postponing CRF may be in connection with the proliferation inhibition and apoptosis inducement of fibroblasts.
