摘要
用β-葡萄糖苷酶水解大丽轮枝菌(Verticillium dahliae Kleb.)毒素中的多糖组份。发现经酶处理后的5个不同致病力类型的棉花黄萎病菌(大丽轮枝菌)菌株毒素都不能影响整个毒素复合物对棉花的致萎作用,表明毒素中的多糖组份在棉花的致萎作用中不占有重量地位。
The polysaccharide component of VD-toxins of 5 strains of V.dahliae with different pathogenicity to cotton plant was treated with β-glucosidase (at 37℃,6 hrs).It showed that the treated VD-toxins lost wilting activity to seedlings of cotton (DPL-15).The result suggests that the polysaccharide component of VD-toxins is not important in wilting activity to the cotton plant.
