摘要
测定大丽轮枝菌(Vertic illium dahliae)Kleb.)不同致病力类型的5个菌株毒素的成分,试验结果表明各菌株的毒素都含有蛋白质、多糖和脂类物质,并发现致病力强的菌株毒素所含的蛋白质和多糖的量高于致病力弱的菌株毒素,而脂类物质的量却低于弱菌株毒素。经过高温(100℃,10分钟)和蛋白酶(37℃,6小时)处理后的各菌株毒素则不能使棉花致萎,说明毒素中的蛋白质组分在毒素对棉花的致萎作用中占有重要的地位。
VD-toxins of 5 strains of V.dahliae Kleb.with different pathogenicity to cotton plant were determined.It showed that the VD-toxins were composed of protein, polysaccharide and lipid.The strains with VD-toxins of higher protein and polysaccharide content showed more severe pathogenicity than those strains with lower content of these two components.On the contrary,the higher lipid content strains showed milder pathogenicity than the strains with lower content. When the VD-toxins were treated with heat (at 100℃,for 10 min.) and pronase (at 37℃,6hrs.),they were not pathogenic to cotton (DPL).The result indicated that the protein content plays an important role in the wilting action to the cotton plant.
