摘要
本文建立了基于钴催化过氧化氢氧化醌茜素反应的痕量钴的流动注射分析法。在PH_(12)的硼砂-NaOH介质中,温度27—32℃时,可得到较高灵敏度。在524nm处测定体系的吸光度的变化(△A)进样体积50μl时,钴的浓度在0—50ppb呈线性,检出限为0.5ppb(S/N=3)。对20ppb钴测定的相对标准偏差为2.65%。方法具有较好的选择性。
A flow injection analysis (FIA) method for trace amounts of Co determination has been established, based on the oxidation of quinalizarin (1, 2, 5, 8 -tetrahydroxyanthraquinone) with hydrogen peroxide catalyzed by Co^(2+), At pH 12 of sodium tetraborate-sodium hydroxide buffer and 27—32℃ of temperature, the higher sensitivity could be reached. The difference between peak absorbance and baseline absorbance(ΔA)is measured at 524 nm. The linear range of Co concentration 0—50 ppb and the detection limit of 0.5 ppb (S/N=3) could be obtained by injecting 50 μl of sample, at a rate of 120 samples per hour. Relative standard deviation is 2.65% for the determination of 20 ppb Co and the method has better selectivity.
