摘要
对火焰原子吸收光谱法测定人发中微量元素的前处理方法进行了研究 ,发现用HNO3 ∶HClO4 =8∶1进行消化 ,三蒸水直接稀释定容 ,结果满意。用干法灰化 ,温度不宜高于 6 0 0℃。
It was found that the pretreatment of the hair sample was a crucial factor influencing the accuracy and precision of analytical results of its contents of inorganic elements by FAAS. A mixed acid solution of HNO 3+HClO 4 in the ratio of 8 to 1 was found to be more suitable for the wet-digestion of hair sample than mixed acid solutions of other ratios. In the dry-ashing method of hair samples, the optimum temperature for ashing was found to be less than 600℃.
