摘要 用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱 (ICP- AES)法同时测定加氢裂化催化剂中 Fe、Ni、Cu、V、Pb的含量 ,以氢氟酸 -盐酸处理样品 ,优选了分析线和积分时间。此 5种被测元素回收率在 95 %— 10 5 %之间 ,相对标准偏差 <6 %,各元素的检出限依次为 :0 .0 0 0 5、0 .0 0 2、0 .0 14、0 .0 0 0 5、0 .0 0 2 9μg/ m L。 The method of ICP-AES for simultaneous determination of iron, nickel, copper,vanadium and lead content in hydrocracking catalyst has been studied.Using hydrofluoric acid and hydrochloric acid to digest the samples,the analysis line and integration time were optimized.The relative standard deviation of the method is less than 6% and the recovery of Fe,Ni,Cu,V,Pb are within 95%-105%.The detection limit for these 5 elements are 0.0005,0.002,0.014,0.0005,0.0029μg/g respectively.This method is rapid,accurate and reliable.
