加氢裂化原料中铁离子来源探讨 被引量:4

摘要 为确保加氢裂化装置的正常运转,跟踪分析了本厂加氢裂化原料中铁离子含量的变化;全面系统地论述了加氢裂化原料中铁离子的主要来源,在蒸馏加工过程中,原油所含环烷酸在某一温度范围内腐蚀不适当的结构材质而引起的,它与上游常减压装置加工原油的性质、设备的材质、操作工艺等因素有直接关系。本文还介绍了炼油厂在加工原油时,对加氢裂化原料中铁离子含量有影响的规律性关系,如脱盐后原油的酸值与减压塔各线蜡油中环烷酸含量的关系,脱盐后原油酸值与减压塔各线蜡油中铁离子含量的关系,减压塔各线蜡油中环烷酸含量与其铁离子含量的关系,电脱盐与原油中酸值和铁含量关系等。 This paper traces and monitors the variation of iron ion contents in the feed to hydrocracking unit. The main source of the iron ions contained in the hydrocracker feedstocks has been systematically investigated. The iron content in the hydrocracker feedstock is directly related with the property ofcrude oil processed, the equipment material, and the operation condition of the distillation unit. The naphthenic acids contained in the crudes at a definite temperature range may cause the construction material ofthe equipment to corrode.Such factors, as the relation between the acid number of the desalted crude and naphthenic acid contents and iron contents in different VGO fractions, the relationship between the naphthenic acid contentsin different vacuum distillates and their iron contents, and the connection between the desalting processvariables and the acid number and iron content of the crude oil,have been studied.
