摘要
扬子石油化工公司在综合治理加氢裂化原料方面做了大量工作,并收到了预期效果。减少VGO中铁离子是综合治理加氢裂化原料的一个重要组成部分。本文从腐蚀机理出发,探讨常减压蒸馏过程中VGO中铁离子增加问题;针对腐蚀问题,采取相应的工艺防腐和设备更换材质方法,以达到降低VGO中铁离子的目的,从而使加氢裂化装置安全平稳运行。
Yangzi Petrochemical Corporation has done a series of works to improve the quality of hydrocracking feedstock, especially for minimizing ferric ions in VGO.This paper demonstrates that the ferric ions formation was caused by the equipment corrosion of the crude distillation, and some anti-corrosion measures are proposed. The ferric ions in VGO have been minimized after the measures were taken,thus,a safety and smooth running of the hydrocracking unit has been realized.
