摘要
建立了采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱(ICP-AES)测定加氢催化剂中钯含量的方法。考虑到催化剂中主要成分为氧化铝,研究了试样的溶解、酸度对钯测定的影响。采用基体匹配法消除干扰,确定了仪器工作条件, 并对其方法的精密度、准确性进行了考察。结果表明,在此条件下测定的数据具有良好的精密度,相对标准偏差为 1.52%,回收率在98%以上。
Determination method of Pd content in hydrotreating catalyst by ICP-AES was established. Considering the main composition of catalyst is alumina, this paper studied the effects of acidity and sample solving to Pd, depleted interference with matching matrix, gave instrument parameters and studied precision and accuracy of the method. The results show that the data determined by this method have good precision, relative standard deviation is 1.52% and recovery is over 98%.
