摘要
本文研究了多元配合物光度分析的新应用—高敏度的三元配合物体系测定有机药物.以氧氟沙星-铁（Ⅲ）-β-环糊精体系测定氧氟沙星含量与部颁标准法对照,结果令人满意.
We report a new application of Polycomplex Spectrophotometry: Determination of organic medicine by high sensitivity Polycomplex system. The content of Ofloxacin was determined by a Polycomplex of Ofloxacin-Fe(Ⅲ)-β-CD. Compared with the standard method, the measured result is satisfactory.
