摘要
本文提出了多元配合物光度分析的新应用，即以头孢哌酮-钴（Ⅱ）-二苯胺磺酸钠-β-环糊精体系测定有机药物──头孢哌酮钠含量，λmax为355nm,ε为5．6×103L／mol·cm，线性范围0～500μg／25ml，测定在室温水溶液中进行，结果与标准方法比较，相对误差为-0．43％．
We report a new application of polycomplex spectrophotometry, We determine cefoperazonum natricum by polycomplex of cefoperazonum- Co (II ) - sodium diphenylamine sulfonate, which was measured in water solvent and usual temperature. λmax was 355nm, ∈ was 5. 6×103L/mol· cm and linear relationship to cefoperazonum natricum consistence was 0 ~500μg/25ml. Relative error of the measure result was - 0. 43% as compored with standard method.
