摘要
本文以TritcnⅩ-100为例,用红外光谱法、紫外可见光度法、表面张力法、浊点法等手段,研究了β-环糊精(β-CD)与非离子表面活性剂(NSF)的相互作用。证明在β-CD和NSF的混合液中,当NSF的浓度小于或近于其CMC时,两者形式1:1包合物,大于CMC时,形成两者的混合胶束。经初步探讨,认为由于β-D对NSF的包合作用,使B-CD的内腔的极性降低,增强了与显色络合物的疏水相互作用;以及混合胶束中显色剂的分配系数增大,可能是β-CD-NSF对显色反应产生协同增敏作用的重要原因。
In order to clarify the mechanism of synergistic sensitizing effect of β-cyclodextrin(β-CD) and non-ionic surfactant(NSF) on the chromogenic reaction, take Triton X-100 as an example, the interaction between β-CD and NSF was studied by infrared spectroscopy, ultraviolet/visible spectrophotometry, s(?)fa(?) te(?)sion measurement and the change of cloud point. The results showed that in the mixture solution of β-CD and NSF, when the concentration of the NSF concerned is less than or near its CMC Value, a 1:1 inclusion complex of β-CD with NSF is tormed. while i(?) is larger than its CMC, a mixed micclle cccurs. The inclusion complex formation can decree the micrrpolarity of β-CD cavity, enhancing the hydrophobic interaction with the colored compound vip The distriution constant of the chromcgenic reagent between micellar and aqueous phases is also increased. From the exploratory results, we may preliminarily suggest these the important causes for the synergistic sensitizing effect on the chromogenic reactions, which are cominually studying.
