摘要
在HCl介质中,Bi(Ⅲ)与I-可形成[BiI4]-络合负离子,与质子化的诺氟沙星(NRF)缔合,形成离子缔合物,使共振瑞利散射(RRS)显著增强,并且最大RRS峰位于469 nm处。在优化的实验条件下,RRS强度增大值(ΔI)与NRF浓度成正比,线性范围和检出限分别为3.2~130μg/L和0.96μg/L,方法简单,灵敏度高,用于牛奶样品中NRF测定,结果满意。
In HCI media,Bi(Ⅲ) was reacted with I^- to form ion complex[BiI4]^-,which further associate with norfloxaein (NRF) to form the association complex,resulting in the new resonance Rayleigh seat-tering (RRS) is significantly enhanced and the maximum RRS wavelength is loeated at 469 nm. Under the optimum condition ,the linear ranges and the detection limits are 3.2—130μg/L and 0.96μg/L,respectively. This method is simple, sensitive. The NRF in milk samples were analyzed by the proposed method with satisfactory results.
