摘要
目的 血浆中的ＶＰ 1 6以氯仿萃取 ,ＨＰＬＣ法测定。方法 使用国产仪器及Ｃ1 8柱 ,甲醇 水 (52∶48)为流动相 ,检测波长2 2 8ｎｍ ,外标法定量。结果 检出限低达 0 0 2ｍｇ·Ｌ- 1 ,绝对回收率 80 4%,相对回收率 94 7%,日内日间精密度ＲＳＤ均约8%,与血中内源性干扰物达到良好分离。结论 方法灵敏度高 ,准确性和重复性好 ,为临床应用提供了可靠的检测方法。
AIM The sample was extracted with chloroform and chromatographed on a reverse phase C 18 column with UV detection at 228 nm METHOD The mobile phase was CH 3OH∶H 2O(52∶48,V/V) The detection limit was 0 02 mg·L -1 RESULTS The absolute recovery rate was 80 4%,the relative recovery rate was 94 7% Intra day and inter day RSD were both under 8% With the method VP 16 from the fractions of plasma was well separated CONCLUSION This method is accuracy, sensitive, practical.
