摘要
本文以高效液相色谱法测定血清中硫酸庆大霉素的含量。加内标物茴香胺。乙腈沉淀蛋白质等干扰物，室温下进行邻苯二醛衍生化，醋酸乙酯提取后进样，用紫外３３０ｎｍ检测。
A hige performance liquid chromatographic method for the quantitative
determination of gentamicin in serum was de-seribed,The serum was obtained by centrifugation
of blood sample. The solution of internal standard and acetonitrile wereadded and the
precipitate was sedimented by centrifugation. The gentamicin in the supernatant was
derivatized with o-phtha-laldehyde and then extracted by ethylacetate.The derivatized
gentamicin in ethyl acetate was injected onto liquid chromato-graph,eluted with methanol and
water,and detected ultra at 330nm. A linear response ranges from 1 to 50mg/liter,0.5mg/liter
could be determined. The within-day RSD was less than 4%.
