摘要
介绍了微反应器的基本原理 ,根据化学反应传质和传热的需求 ,对反应微管道的几何形状和尺寸进行了初步设计 ,并利用LIGA技术制作完成了一种用于催化反应的微反应器。
The principle of microreactor is presented.The structure and size of microchannels are designed and given according to the requirements of mass and heat transfer in chemical reaction.A kind of microreactor for catalytic reaction has been developed by LIGA technique.
