摘要
在硫磷混酸介质中 ,锰 能氧化花青 ,使其显著褪色 ,据此建立测定锰的光度分析新方法。反应在室温下进行 ,锰的含量在 0~ 8 0 μg/mL范围内遵守比尔定律 ,其表观摩尔吸光系数ε =3 4× 10 4,许多共存离子不干扰测定。用于铝合金及合金钢中锰的测定 ,结果满意。
A novel method for the determination of manganese was established It is based on the fading reaction of gallocyanine oxidized by Mn*' in the medium of H 2SO 4-H 3PO 4 mixed acid The determinations were carried out at room temperature The calibration curve is linear in the range of 0-8 0g/mL for manganese The apparent molar absorptivity is 3 4×10 4L mol -1 cm -1 Most foreign ions do not interfere with the determination The method has been applied to the determination of manganese in aluminium alloy and steel with satisfactory results
