摘要
Mn(Ⅲ)-H_2QS体系的荧光在1.5mol/L H_2SO_4介质中可为CTMAB增敏,其最大激发和发射波长分别为270和470nm。以此为基础建立了一个荧光光度测定锰的新方法;其测量范围下限为0.5ng/ml。方法用于分析河水和底质试样,结果令人满意。
The fluorescence of system Mn(VII)-H_2OS is enhanced by CTMAB in the solution of 1.5mol/l H_2SO_4. The maximal excitation and emission wave length of the fluorescent species is270 and 470nm. resprctivelly. A method based on this reaction with a detection limit of 0.5ng/ml was developed andapplied to the samples of sediment and water of river. The results were satisfactory.
