摘要
锰(VII)具有较强的氧化性,对氯代磺酚S具有褪色作用,借此进行了褪色光度法测定锰的研究.试验表明:在H2SO4介质中,氯代磺酚S被锰(VII)氧化褪色的程度与锰(VII)的量具有良好的线性关系.最大吸收波长为560nm,表观摩尔吸收系数为1.28×104L.mol-1.cm-1.锰(Ⅶ)含量在0.25~2.4μg/mL范围内符合比尔定律,方法具有较好的选择性和较高的灵敏度,用于碳钢试样中锰的测定得到的相对标准偏差为0.85%,加标回收率为102%.
The decoloration reaction of Mn(VII) with chlorosulphophenol S is studied.The experimental results indicate that the chlorosulphophenol S oxidated extent presents linear relation with the concentration of Mn(VII) in medium of sulfuric acid.The maximum absorption wavelength is at 560nm.The apparent molar absorptivity is 1.28×10~4 L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1).Beer's low is obeyed in the range of 0.25~2.4μg/mL for Mn(VII).The proposed method has high selectivity and sensitivity.It has been applied to determination of Mn (VII) in carbon steel.RSD is 0.85% and the added standard recovery is 102%.
