研究了以表面活性剂吐温-80为增敏剂,在HAc-NaAc介质中1,10-邻菲罗啉存在下,痕量锰催化高碘酸钾氧化偶氮胂Ⅲ的催化动力学光度法。实验研究各种因素对催化动力学反应的影响并对动力学参数进行了测定。实验显示在表面活性剂吐温-80存在下,灵敏度比不加吐温-80时提高了1.88倍,增敏效果明显。在540 nm波长处工作曲线线性范围为0.06~2.4μg/L,相关系数为0.9998,检出限达到4.4×10^(-8)g/L。对2μg/L锰(Ⅱ)进行11次测定,相对标准偏差为1.4%。方法用于饮用水及地面水中痕量锰(Ⅱ)的测定,结果令人满意。
A new method has been developed for the determination of trace manganese by catalytic kinetic spectrophotometry. The method is based on the catalyzing effect of manganese(Ⅱ) on oxidation of arsenazo Ⅲ by potassium periodate in HAc-NaAc medium and in the presence of Tween-80 as an enhanced agent and 1,10-phenanthroline as an activator. The kinetic parameters have been determined. The sensitivity enhenced by 1.88 times in the presence of Tween-80 than in the absence of Tween-80. The calibration curve was linear over the range 0.06-2.4 μg/L for manganese(Ⅱ) at 540nm. The relative standard deviation is 1.4% for eleven determination of 2 μg/L manganese(Ⅱ). The detection limit was 4.4 × 10^-8 g/L. The method has been applied to the determination of manganese(Ⅱ) in drinking water and river water with satisfactory results.
