摘要
基于锰(Ⅶ)氧化Ⅰ-离子产生Ⅰ3-配阴离子,再利用Ⅰ3-与罗丹明B阳离子之间的离子缔合反应,发展了一种测定锰的新分光光度法。显色反应系在聚乙烯醇存在下的磷酸介质中进行。由于氧化-还原反应的倍增作用和染料阳离子的高摩尔吸光系数,使显色反应具有极高的灵敏度,ε值达1.9×105L·mol(-1)·cm(-1)。方法也具有较好的选择性,可用于某些样品中痕量锰的测定。
A new spectrophotometric method for the determination of manganese has been developed based on the manganese(Ⅶ) oxidating the I - to form I3-,then I3-reacts to form an ionassociate with rhodamine B.The medum of the colour reaction is a phosphoric acid solution in the presence of PVA.The method has very high sensitivity due to the multiplication function of the oxidation-reduction and a high molar absorptivity of the basic dye, its ε value is 1.9×105L·mol-1·cm-1.The method has fairly selectity and can be applied to determination of manganese in some materials.
