摘要
报道了应用高效液相色谱对奶粉中的乳糖 ,蔗糖 ,葡萄糖的一种快速测定的新方法 .样品经简单的预处理后 ,采用 Spherisorb NH2 色谱柱 (0 .46cm× 2 5 cm,7μm)分离 ,以乙腈 /水 (7/ 3 ,体积比 )为流动相 ,流速1 m L/ min,示差折光检测 ,奶粉中的乳糖 ,蔗糖 ,葡萄糖完全分离并定量测定 .测定结果表明 :线性相关系数达0 .999以上 ,回收率为 99.98%～ 1 0 5 .1 % ,相对标准偏差小于 0 .6% .方法快速准确 ,简单易行 .
A method for determination of lactose,sucrose and glucose in milk powder by HPLC was developed. After simply pretreatment,the sample was separated by Spherisorb NH 2 (0.46 cm×25 cm, 7 μm) column,using acetonitrile/water (7/3,V/V) as mobile phase with a flowrate of 1 mL/min. Under the optimal conditions, the lactose,sucrose and glucose in milk powder were separated completely and determined quantitatively.The recovery was 99.98%～105.1%; relative standard deviation was less than 0.6% and linear coefficient was more than 0.999. The method is simple,fast and convenient.
