摘要
以20g/L氯化钠-5%乙酸水溶液作溶剂,振摇萃取30min,静置3min后过滤,除去蛋白质沉淀。用连续流动分析法同时测定12种含乳饮料及6种奶粉中总糖和还原糖的含量。结果表明,总糖和还原糖的回收率在94.57%—98.10%之间,RSD均为1.01%。该方法操作简便,准确性高,重复性好,可用于批量乳制品中总糖和还原糖含量的快速分析。
12 kinds of milk drinks and 6 kind of dried milk were extracted with 5% acetic acid and 20g/L sodium chloride water solution for 30 minutes.The solution was filtered to remove protein deposits after laying aside 3min.The contents of total sugars and reducing sugars were determined by continuous flow analytical method in the same time.The results indicated that the recoveries of total sugars and reducing sugars were from 94.57 % to 98.10 %,with RSD of 1.01%.This method is simple,accurate,reproducible and can be used for rapid analysis of total sugars and reducing sugars in batches of dairy products.
