摘要
本文研究了用近红外分光光度计测定甜菜粕中总糖份和水份的分析方法。采用此方法，只需将样品粉碎、混匀、装样、扫描，数十秒就可出结果，分析结果与化学结果相符。方法快速、准确且无药品污染，精密度良好。
This paper describes the method for the determination of sugar and moisture by near infrared spectrometer.For this method,it is only needed to grind,thoroughly mix,fill and scan the samples,the results can be obtained within dozens of seconds and accord with the chemical results.This method has many advantages of rapidity,accuracy and no reagent pollution.
