摘要
根据我国薯类资源的优势和目前利用严重不足的现实问题,结合当今方便面较成熟的工艺路线和发展趋势,进行了对薯类方便面开发研究的探索和前景预测,为此类农产品的深加工和解决农民的销售难等问题找到了一条出路。
Based on the actuality that although in our nation we have the advantage of natural resources of tubers,presently we can only make a little use of it,the paper makes an approach to the study and the development of tubers'instant noodles and also makes a prediction of its prospect according to the instant noodles developing trends and its rather perfect equipment and technology at the present time.Also the study may search a good way to make deeply processing for the agricultural products and to solve the difficulty in selling the products for peasants.
