摘要
采用徐州丰县牛蒡叶为原料 ,利用有机溶剂从牛蒡叶中提取食用色素。研究了温度、pH值、提取剂种类、提取试剂浓度等对色素吸光度、热稳定性、产率的影响 ,为工业化生产寻找一种新的途径。
Edible pigment was solvent extracted from leaves of Fengxian county burdock.Influence of temperature,pH value,kind,and consistency of solvent on absorbercy,hot stability and productivity of pigment finished product were researched so as to search out a new approach for industrial production.
