牛蒡为药菜兼用植物,其营养丰富,并具有保健功能,是我国出口创汇的主要农作物之一。介绍了牛蒡的特性,并从整地、种子处理、适时播种、田间管理、收获等方面介绍了牛蒡的栽培技术。
