摘要
目的 探讨毛细血管瘤自行消退的影响因素。方法 以正常皮肤为对照,采用免疫组织化学方法检测了14例毛细血管瘤组织中Ki-67、C-fos及Bcl-23种凋亡相关癌基因蛋白的表达。结果 毛细血管瘤组织中Ki-67及C-Fos表达明显高于对照组(P<0.05),但未见Bcl-2的阳性表达。结论 提示凋亡相关癌基因蛋白对毛细血管瘤的消退可能具有重要作用。
Objective To explore the influential factors for spontaneous regression of capillary hemangioma( CH). Methods Compared with those in normal tisuuse. expressions of the three oncoproteins( Ki-67 ,C-fos and Bcl-2) correlated with apopto-sis were observed in the tomor tissues from 14 cases of CH with immunohistochemistry. Results Expressions of Ki-67 and C-fos were increased significantly(P <0. 05 ) in CH tissues.but no Bcl-2 positive expression was noted. Conclusions It suggested that oncoproteins correlated with apoptosis might play an important role in regression of CH.
