摘要
用毛细管区带电泳(CZE)法测定了奶粉中的镉、铅和铜,在10mmol/L苄胺、10mmol/Lα-羟基乙酸、pH=4.0的电泳介质中,3种离子在12min内得到了分离,用间接紫外吸收法在214nm处进行检测,以外标法定量。对样品进行5次测定,峰面积的RSD小于1.6%,回收率在97.8%~102.2%之间,方法简便、快速、灵敏度高、重现性好、测定成本低。
Capillary zone electrophoresis(CZE)was used to determine of lead,cadmium and copper in milk powder In the solution(pH=4.0) containing 10mmol/L of benzylamine and 10mmol/L of glycolic acid.Sample was separated in 12 min,detected at 214nm by indirect UV absorption,and quantified externally.Samples were determined 5 times with RSD lower than 1.6%and 97.8%~102.2%recoverd.The result showed that the method is convenient and rapid with high sensitivity,good reproductivity and low cost.
