毛细管电泳法测定奶粉中的镉、铅和铜 被引量:1

摘要 用毛细管区带电泳(CZE)法测定了奶粉中的镉、铅和铜,在10mmol/L苄胺,10mmol/Lα-羟基乙酸,pH=4.0的电泳介质中,3种离子在12min内得到了分离,用间接紫外吸收法在214nm处进行检测,以外标法定量。对样品进行5次测定,峰面积的RSD小于1.6%,回收率在97.8%~102.2%之间,方法简便、快速、灵敏度高、重现性好、测定成本低。 Capillaryzoneelectrophoresis(CZE)wasusedtodetermineLead,CadmiumandCopperinmilkpowder.Inthesolution(pH=4.0)containing10mmol/Lofbenzylamineand10mmol/Lofglycolicacid,3inonicsampleswereseparatedin12min,detectedat214nmbyindirectUVabsorption,andquantifiedexternally.Samplesweredetermined5timeswithRSDlowerthan1.6%and97.8%~102.2%recoverd.Theresultshowedthatthemethodwasconvenientandrapidwithhighsensitivity,goodreproductivityandlowcost.
