摘要
介绍了基于 3D板壳元和约束方程的农用运输车车架有限元计算模型的建立方法 ,用有限元法计算分析了农用运输车车架在弯曲工况和弯扭组合工况下的应力水平和应力分布 ,讨论了车架在车辆正常使用和严重超载时的强度问题 ,并提出了车架的改进设计意见。
The method to establish a finite element model for the frame of farm transporter based on 3D plate element and restraint formula is introduced, which has been used to analyze the stress level and distribution on the frame when bearing bending loads or bend torsion loads. The frame′s strength as in mormal working condition or over loading seriously are discussed and the suggestions for design improvement are presented.
