摘要
捡拾辊筒部件是打瓜机的关键工作部件,分析捡拾辊筒部件起升过程的结构强度非常必要。应用UG软件对捡拾辊筒部件总成进行三维建模,并对其整个起升过程进行运动仿真,找到液压缸和捡拾辊轴铰接点在整个仿真过程中受力的最大位置及状态,再将此文件导入ANSYS Workbench进行有限元强度分析,获得此部件的最大应力及应变,从而为捡拾辊筒部件的结构设计、生产实践提供必要的理论依据。
Picking roller component is the key working part of the Seed-watermelon harvester, so it is necessary to ana- lyze lhe whole strueture slrength of the picking roller component during lifting process. The way of analyzing structure strength is as follows, make the model of the Picking roller component assembly in UG software system, make motion simulation of the Picking roller component assembly in UG software system, find the position of the maximum force of the hydraulic eylintler and the picking roller axis hinge point , make the relative model for the component assembly in UG software system , si,nplify the model and output the relative file. The last step is inputting the relative file into ANSYS Workbench software system to get the maximum stress and the strain of the model, so that we can obtain the theoretical basis for the designing picking roller component and manufacturing.
