摘要
对SGA92150型半挂车车架的总体布置、纵梁、横梁、纵梁与横梁的连接等进行了设计。并利用有限元软件Ansys workbench采用曲棱四面体实体单元对车架进行应力和变形计算,结果表明车架强度、刚度均满足要求。本车架实际使用情况良好,为重型车架的设计提供了参考。
The layout of SGA92150 semi- trailer' s frame, the longitudinal and latitudinal beams and the joint of them are designed in this paper. Then the stress and deformation of the frame are calculated with the finite element analysis software Ansys workbench by being simplified as Tetrahedral Structural Solid element. The results show that the stress, strength and stiffness of the frame are enough. The frame has been used for a time and is in good condition. This paper provides a useful reference for heavy frame design.
