半挂车车架的有限元分析及其静弯曲强度储备问题 被引量:7

摘要 本文通过分析HY962 50吨半挂车、HY951D30吨半挂车、HY958K20吨车挂车、HY936K10吨半挂车有限元分析结果及电测试验数据,提出了在半挂车静载工况下进行有限元分析时车架的合理强度储备系数值应为3~3.7。 In this paper, the functions of finite element analysis of MAS(Micro -computer Analysis System ) program is employed to establish the unifiedmechanicel, model for the semitrailer frame. After the vehicle types suchas HY962 HY951D HY958K and HY936K, which have been produced on anindustrial scale for several years, are analysed by computer, we may findout the safety coefficient 3~3.7 of vehicle's flexural strength which is pro-ved by electric measurement and safety in pratical application. The paper proves that the harmfulness will be done if we adopt the tra-ditional calculating method or safety coefficient is not right, so that itis more secure and economic when we select K=3 - 3.7 to be the safety co-efficient of flexural strength.
