摘要
在对车辆车架强度进行计算、试验的基础上,进行了车架强度分析,并就作用于车架上的载荷进行了研究,计算与试验结果一致,为今后进一步进行车架结构设计改进提供了依据。
Experiments were done to measure the stress distribution on a vehicle frame. Then models under finite element method were established to calculate a theoretic distribution of stress on the vehicle. Further analysis showed that the theoretic distribution is in good agreement with the measured one. Thus, the finite element method could be extensively used to improve the design of such a frame.
