摘要
研究了用 1 .5次微分极谱法 ,在乙二胺 - 8-羟基喹啉系列底液中 ,连续测定食物中锌、铁、锰和铜的方法。在选定的试验条件下 ,锌、铁和锰的浓度在 0 .0 2~ 4 .0 μg.ml- 1 、铜的浓度在 0 .0 2~ 1 .0μg.ml- 1 范围内与峰高呈线性关系。样品测定的相对标准偏差为 4 .7%~ 1 0 .0 % ,回收率为 92 .5%~ 1 0 6.0 %。对食物样品分析的结果与电感耦合高频等离子体发射光谱法 ( ICP)比较 ,没有显著性差异。
Zinc, Iron, Manganese and copper in foods were simultaneously determined in a solution of ethylenediamine and 8 hydroxyquinoline (pH 11.5~12.0) by 1.5th order differential polarography. The calibration curves for Zn, Fe, Mn under the given conditions are linear in the concentration range of 0.02~4.0μg·ml -1 and for Cu is 0.02~1.0μg·ml -1 . The relative standard deviation for foods is 4.7%~10.0%, The recovery is 92 5%~106.0%. There are no significant difference between the results by this method and ICP.
