摘要
介绍了自然界中蕴藏量极为丰富的绿色生物材料甲壳素 /甲壳胺的降解产物—甲壳低聚糖的制备、分离和鉴别方法及其在日化等多种领域中的广泛应用。
The preparation,separation,determination,and application of chitooligosaccharides,derivatives of chitin and chitosan which are greatly stored in the nature,is reviewed in this paper.Because of their special physiological activities and functional properties,chitooligosaccharides,attracting more and more researchers to study them in recent years,can be widely used in many different fields.
