摘要 采用水力模型对宝钢 30 0tCAS OB钢包底吹排渣能力和混匀时间进行了研究 实验结果表明 ,底吹位置对排渣能力的影响不大 ,但对混匀时间有一定的影响 排渣能力与浸渍罩深度和底吹流量有一定的关系 ,30 0t钢包的排渣能力与底吹流量、渣层厚度的关系为 :Df=15 6 .15 - 2 .5 4h +15 3.7Qreal;混匀时间与底吹流量、底吹位置、浸渍罩深度有关 。 The ability of eliminating slag and mixing time with bottom stirring was studied by hydraulic model in 300 t CAS ob ladle.The results show that the flow of bottom stirring and thickness of slag are the main influence on eliminating slag;the position of bottom stirring has a little effect on eliminating slag,but has great effect on mixing time.The relation of the flow and the slag thickness is as follow:D f=156.15-2.54 h+153.7Q real .The flow and position of bottom stirring and soak pipe's inserting depth had influence on mixing time.The conclusion is drawn that agron side blowing in ladle bottom will gain best metallurgical effect.
